Symantec Backup Exec 2010 - B2D Job stuck in QUEUE state

Problem

When running a Backup to Disk job it's stuck in a QUEUED state or when you inventory the B2D device it will get stuck at certain %.
 

Solution

1. Go to Devices, select your B2D folder and sort by Appendable Until. Sort and look for Not Appendable (End marker unreadable).
2. Find the files and note the B2D####
3. Right click, Associate with Media Set... Select Retired Media
4. Go to Retired Media and Delete it
5. Go to you B2D folder destination and delete the B2D#### files noted that had the end marker unreadable.
6. Now run an inventory on your B2D device
7. Run a good backup :)
